Chris Jackson was born and raised in Southern California and continues to make this idyllic place his home. After traveling the world and earning his commission in the U.S. Navy, he returned to Orange County for law school.

Chris' legal experience is focused strictly on Family and Fertility Law. After spending 4 years as a Law Clerk for a boutique Family Law firm, he was hired on as an Associate at the same firm after joining the bar. He later moved on to a prestigious multi-state firm based on Orange County to continue building his experience in Family Law.

​

To better facilitate his clients and provide flexibility in the office and at home, Chris founded Shorebreak Law in 2016, solely focusing on Fertility Law. Chris is passionately devoted to helping parents, surrogate mothers and egg donors proceed down the exciting and complex road of alternative reproduction.

 

Chris has been around surrogacy his entire life. His mother is a 2x surrogate, both traditional and gestational surrogacy journeys. Additionally, his wife is an egg donor, having helped an International Norwegian couple have 4 children. With decades of surrogacy experience, Chris' lifelong devotion is to continue to help provide the ultimate gift to loving parents.

Throughout his entire career, Chris has zealously represented his clients in every type of case. Having served a wide range of clients from limited means to multi-millionaires, Chris will bring your case to a positive resolution.

Alongside his educational and career pursuits, Chris married a beautiful bride and together, they have 3 wonderful children. An avid athlete, Chris enjoys: surfing, water polo, and football. ​
